It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosaline Johan Shipley-Proctor (Barrie, Ontario), born in Truro, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Cecil Proctor (Bill); her parents, Mary Shipley and Edmond Shipley; and her siblings, Hilda Stanton, Lillian McKillop (Ray), George Shipley (Betty), Elroy Shipley (Lynn) and Gordon Shipley.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ethel Crossman and Ann Goodwin; and her sister-in-law Shirley Shipley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
A true survivor, Rose endured the Great Depression as a young child, WWll, and the most recent pandemic.
