He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob (Kay Cude) and Kay; and his sister Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Rae-Anne, Michael (Donna), Pappi, Kalleen, Sammi, Wesley and Grant; and his close friends, Paul, Jen, Steve and Shirley.
