He was predeceased by: his wife Donna. He is survived by: his sons, John (Katherine) and James (Linda); his grandchildren, Nicole Swarts (Sean), Jessica, Joshua (Kissondra) and Jeffery; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Caleb and Danica.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Simcoe would be greatly appreciated by the family.
