He is survived by: his mother Anne McIntyre (Horton); his wife Tammy Coreen McIntyre (Polston); and his sons, Brandon Alexander and Justin Tyler McIntyre. He is also survived by his sister, brother, their spouses, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and many friends.
