He was predeceased by: his parents, Erel Blackburn and Jean Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Jason (Chrissy) and Matthew (Corina); his grandchildren, Cameron, Clayton and Logan; and his sibling Donna Winfield (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and long-time friends.
