Rein DeVries Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rein DeVries (Barrie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eva and Rein; his wife Karen; his daughters, Deborah and Nancy; his son-in-law Steven; his grandchildren, Jenna, Zee, Grace and Isabelle; and his children, Harriette, Dan Dumouchel (Marianne) and Charlene Wristen. He was also cherished by his many siblings, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and/or the Alzheimer Society, causes that were close to Rein's heart.
