She was predeceased by: her son Kevin; and her brother Earl. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Karen (Dan), Bill, Tim (Karen), Julie (Craig) and Johnny (Shannon); her grandchildren, Jim, Kristen, Jeffrey, Sadie, Ashley, Billy, Brendan, Jordan, Jacob, Sydney, Jessica, Brooklyn and Cameron; her great grandchildren, Forrest, Charlie, Carter, Scarlett and Lawson; and her siblings, Audry, Rita and Harold. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to Hospice Simcoe and are greatly appreciated by the family.
