She was predeceased by: her former husband Gary Reynolds; her son Jay Cook; and her parents, Elmer Minnikin and Leona Minnikin. She is survived by: her spouse Rae Cook; her children, Marc Reynolds (Joan), Krista Reynolds (Dave Walton) and Jennifer Reynolds-Cook; and her grandchildren, Taylor (Jason), Jordan, Nathaniel, Paige and Kurtis.
