She was predeceased by: her husband Henry; and her grandchildren, Chris and David. She is survived by: her children, Toni (Bernie), Mary, Tini (Ian), Josephine (Karol) and Joanne (Ken); her grandchildren, Greg (Robyn), Erin (Jen), Peter, Jayme (Henry), Janine (Kyle), Cameron (Kylie), Andre (Jenna) and Vanessa; her great grandchildren, Carter, Samantha and Henry; and her friend Holland.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nellie's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
