He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Sr. Sullivan and Helena Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his daughter Kristin (Kyle); his granddaughter Payton; and his siblings, Patricia, Mary, Dianne, Dorothy, Margaret and John. He is also survived by spouses and his nieces and nephew.
