She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence. She is survived by: her children, Janet (Al), Doug (Lydia), Maureen and Bernice (Bryan); her grandchildren, Val, Ari, Sasha (Sandy), Mia (Brent), Robert (Sara) and Chris; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Bennett, Charlotte and Harper. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.

Memorial donations in Patricia's memory may be made to the CNIB Foundation, Canadian Wildlife Federation or a charity of choice and are greatly appreciated by the family.
