Vines Ware (Darryl), Natasha Waterman Swaray Ontario (Tyrone), Erica Croft Shaver Toronto (BJ) and Alexander Deegan; his grandchildren, Stephanie W, Tuck (Sean), Christian Moats-Jenkins, Tiffany W. Griffin (Gerald), Arthur N. Moats, III (Shonda), Kelvin A. Moats (Jasmine), Desmond Ware, Olivia Croft, Maxwell Croft, Kaynan Schultz, Revee Baanee, Charles Brown, Jr. and Wyneka Cuffee; his siblings, Debra Welch Parker (Marvin, Sr.), Pearl B, Darlene Bellamy, Leslie B, Pastor Linwood Welch (Sheila), Kenneth Welch, Alphonso Welch, Stevie Bellamy, David and Derome Bellamy; and his aunt Yettie Burston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
