He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ruth McLean, Agnes Bowman and Jim Rupert. He is survived by: his wife Norine; his children, Linda O'Brien (Jim) and Steven Rupert (Laura); his granddaughters, Jessica O'Brien and Alison Rupert; and his brother-in-law Don Robinson (late Sylvia). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
