He was predeceased by: his sibling Peter Urbanski. He is survived by: his spouse Brenda (Dorsey); his children, Mike, Brenley (Van Muyan) and Kim Simpson (Marc); his grandchildren, Benjamin Simpson, Ryan Simpson, Theodore Urbanski, Adam Simpson and Paige Simpson; and his sibling Judy Harwood.
