He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Ellen Roberts (Cruickshank); and his grandparents, T. E. Roberts (Bob), Jessie Roberts (Thompson) of London Ontario, John Gordon Cruickshank and Helen Cruickshank (Lee).

He is survived by: his father Edward Allan Roberts of Barrie Ontario; his sister Kristin Elizabeth Roberts of Bainsville Ontario; his niece Jillian Lee Cornish; and his nephew Jeremy Robert Cornish.

Donations to the OSPCA in Micheal's honor would be appreciated by the family.
