With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Darrach (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on September 13, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Victor; and her son Stephen. She is survived by: her children, Rosemarie Owen (Bob), David (Nina), Vicki Webb (Joe) and Mark; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Emily, Matthew, Samantha, Christopher, Denielle and Devan; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Eldon and Anastasia; and her close friends, Ron and Marie Darrach. She is also survived by her many sisters, brothers, friends.

In memory of Mary, donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

“I was so blessed to have Mary as my grade 8 teacher. She was a funny, loving no nonsense woman and we all loved her so very much. A few years ago, I was so lucky to have been put in contact with Mary's daughter and I got to have a coffee with her at Starbucks I will cherish that memory and all the memories this wonderful woman gave me. I am sending my deepest condolences for your great loss. Please know she was loved by many and will never be forgotten. I send all my Love and prayers to you all.”
