He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Brown and Marjorie Brown; and his siblings, Shelley Scarlett (Joe Fossey), Warren Brown (Debbie) and Chris Brown (Collette). He was also cherished by his nieces, nephew, family and friends.
