With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Simmons (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on August 1, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her child Sandra Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Margot Mantin and Larry Simmons (Leila); her grandchildren, Portia, Graham, Evan, Jay, Vince, Cristina and Kathrina; her great grandchild Venetia; and her siblings, Mary Wille, Dorothy Cudmore (Reg) and Audrey Beattie (late Andrew).

In lieu of flowers, donations to Crohn's and Colitis Canada, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Hospital for Sick Children would be greatly appreciated by the family.
