We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2021, at the age of 95, Louise Hamilton of Barrie, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Howard; her sisters, Elizabeth (Bette) and Mary; and her parents, Pearl Forman (Gilmour) and Roy Forman.

She is survived by: her children, Laurie (John), Hugh (Joanna) and David (Karen); her grandchildren, Cameron, Elizabeth, Victoria, Emma, Fraser, Claire and Olivia; and her brother Edwin Forman.
