He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Giroux and Jeanette Giroux; and his brother Richard Giroux (Monique). He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Cheryl Luymes (Wayne), Philip Giroux (Susan), John Giroux (Alexandra), Matthew Giroux (Amy) and Justin Giroux (Kelly); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Katherine, Emma, Joseph, Benjamin, Lillian, Madison, Jacques, Grace, Sacha, Yaroslav, Valarie, Devon, Roman, Kamryn, Raegan, Logan and Ophelia; and his siblings, Carolyn McCarthy, Dale Giroux and Carmon Giroux (Brenda).
