He was predeceased by: his wife Norma; his siblings, Emerson, Harvey, Gwen and Thelma; and his daughter Chelsea Ann.

He is survived by: his children, Wendy and Ken; his siblings, Doug (Mary) and Freda; his grandchildren, Melanie (Dave), Glen (Leslie), Laurie (Keith) and Scott (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Robert, Steven, Damon, Alissa, Ava and Christopher. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, friends.
