She was predeceased by: her significant other Carl; and her siblings, Julie Jones and Paul Clark. She is survived by: her children, Linda (Jason), Jeff (Caely) and Diane (Jose); her grandchildren, Gillian, Miguel and Shayla; her siblings, Nancy Dupuis (late Reg), Marylou Frankcom (Barry), John Clark (Jane), Martha Spence (Sandy), Robert Clark (Mirna Caniczalez) and Susie Boyce (Keith); and her sibling-in-law Simone Van Gaal. She is also survived by extended family and her many friends.

If so desired, memorial donations to the local food bank, SPCA or humane society would be appreciated by the family.
