She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence McKnight; and her siblings, Florence Mylynchuk, Marie Shaben, Nellie Grela and John Astoforoff.

She is survived by: her daughter Ann Marie Ward (Steve); and her siblings, Jim Astoforoff, Ann Fitchett and Pearl Astoforoff. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be the Royal Canadian Legion, Orville Hand Branch #521.
