She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco Fazio; her son Peter; her parents, Nicholas and Carmen; and her brother John (June).

She is survived by: her children, Marianne (Jim) and Anthony (Susan); her grandchildren, Frank (Bev), John (Elisa), Julianne and Samantha (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Callie, Olivia, Teagan and Everett; her sister Anne; her niece Jasmin (Wesley); and her great-nieces, Sacha and Ava.
