He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary McNeil; his children, Cindy Bougeous, Diane Pulkinghorn (Mike), Jim McNeil (Shelley) and Sandra McNeil; and his siblings, Aloysia Fourgere and Peter McNeil. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
