With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Tomassetti (Barrie, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2024 at the age of 62. Though John has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Brandon and Jason Tomassetti; his siblings, Yolanda Esposito (Frank), Raymond Tomassetti (Marie), Maria DiRuscio (Gino) and Franco Tomassetti; and his parents, Flavio Tomassetti and Nicole Tomassetti.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
