He is survived by: his spouse Shirley (Page); his children, Brenda (Cecil Hope), Ron (Cheryl Cullis), Doug (Anne Moher) and Carol (Robin Slaughter); his sister Lorna (Pim); and his cousin Barry Spears.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Royal Victoria Hospital – RVH Cancer Centre in Jack's memory would be appreciated.
