With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Kelly (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on October 18, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Kelly; and her son Gary Kelly. She is survived by: her daughter Karen McNellan (Steve); her great grandchildren, Madison, Carter, Jordyn, Colton and Morgan; and her brother Brian Locke (Carol).
