She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Long; her sister Janice; her brother-in-law Terry; her nieces and nephews, Aidan, Daelin, Thomas, Tara and Shauna; and her cousins, Paula and Sean. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society towards breast cancer research would be greatly appreciated by Jackie's family.
