He is survived by: his spouse Penelope; his children, Jeff Hartley (Gisele) and Jennifer Hartley; his grandchildren, Charles of Dominique, CJ, Justin, Frederick and Renee; and his siblings, Don, Doug, Greg, Leila and Rita.
