He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty and Howard; and his granddaughter Rhys. He is survived by: his children, Nicole McCullagh (Brad) and Ryan Dennis (LeAnne); his grandchildren, Dakota (Morgan), Tucker, Sam and Casey; and his sister Carol.
