He is survived by: his spouse Jocelyn Squires; his children, Elodie, Daniel, Norah and Nolan; his parents, Kim Poulsen and Martha Poulsen (Bosnick); his sister Jessica Denischuck (Mikey); his nephews, Myles and Cole; his brother Darryl Poulsen (Shona); and his parents-in-law, Frank and Gayle Squires. He is also survived by his extended family which includes many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
