It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerhard Klaus Friedrich Pirk (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet; his children, Timothy Pirk (Christine), Cheryl Kacprzak and Wendy Pirk; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Matthew, Catherine, Jeremy, Nick, Brittany, Alex and Jesse; his sister Helga Ayarra; his nephew Greg Redies (Gina); and his niece Benita Ayarra. He was also cherished by his many extended family members and dear friends.
