We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2024, George Orrin Hutchison Jr. in Barrie, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. George Orrin Hutchison and Lillian (Bingham); his sisters, Ruth Macdonald (Hutchison) and Barbara Fraser (Hutchison); his wife Marilyn (Quenneville); his children, Laura (Corey), Lynd (Lou), Eleanor (Sean) and Ian; his grandchildren, Anastasia (Mat), Kristopher, Paige, Sydney and Harlee; and his great grandchild Katalina. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, god daughter, his extended family and countless friends.
George was a tenacious supporter of the Canadian Association for the Deaf, CNIB, Diabetes Canada, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation. In lieu of flowers, please consider planting a tree or making a donation to one of these charities or a charity of your choice, in his memory.
