He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Milani and Francesca Milani. He is survived by: his siblings, Leda Cassolato (Ciano) and Elsa Dunsmoor (Dale); his nieces and nephews, Chris (Philana), Sandra (James Noble), Laura, Robert Cassolato (Carly), David (Flavia) and Adam Dunsmoor (Elisha); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Evan, Nathan, Jacob, Emma, Ella, Jayden, Grace, Connor, Hailey and Elizabeth.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Basilica of Our Lady or to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
