He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Hall; and his siblings, Ben, Lori and Kevin. He is survived by: his father Doug Smith; his sisters, Tina and Candy; and his nephews, Jason, Ashley, Lindsay, Kyle, James, Lauren, Chad, Morgan and Ryan.
