It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek G. Phillips (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Tricia; and his children, Clive Phillips, Neil Phillips, Tracey McGrath (Dale), Melanie Chan (Mark) and Darren Phillips (Rachelle). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A private service will be taking place at the family home.Derek loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends, so in lieu of flowers or donations, please enjoy a family dinner in his honour and raise your glass to him.Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family through adamsfuneralhome.ca.
