He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fayolle; his children, Andre Fayolle (Ashley) and Katherine Fayolle (Stefan); his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Brendan, Audrey and Dimytri; his brother Leon Fayolle (Janet); and his sibling-in-law Leslie Bonnay (Kathy). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family members request that a donation be made in memoriam to St. Roch's (Toronto) Parish or Etobicoke General Hospital.
