He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Marion Mackenzie; his sons, Rob Mackenzie (Angela Monetta) and Gary Mackenzie; his stepsons, Thomas MacDonald (Terry) and Rob MacDonald (Susan); and his grandchildren, Quinn, Taylor, Keenan and Sydney.
