He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Peggy. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Jason (Jennifer), Chris (Charlene), David (Lindsay), Kyle (Hayley) and Jazmyne (Danielle); his grandchildren, Haeden, Kalem, Jaxton, Jaden, Holden, Hannah, Logan, Sidney, Shanti, Violet and Zander; and his siblings, John (Jennifer) and Linda (Doug). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory to The Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
