He is survived by: his significant other Sarah Kuchma; his son Payton; his mother Agnes Rees; his niece Julia; his nephews, Joshua and Harrison; and also, Nicole and John (Sandra).

A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 147 (410 St Vincent St, Barrie, ON L4M4A6).
