He was predeceased by: his father David; and his stepmother Janice. He is survived by: his wife Jody; his daughters, Rowen and Ripley; his mother Sandra Knight (Barry); his siblings, Mark (Reut) and Wendy Manez (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Ryan and England. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
