She was predeceased by: her parents, Tadeusz Surdyk and Marianna Surdyk; and her brothers, Steven and Vince. She is survived by: her children, Antonietta (Andrew) and Tony (Romina); her grandchildren, Sophia, Noah and Alex; her brother Miroslaw Jerzy Surdyk (Teresa); and her close friend Kathy. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews.
