With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Gibbons (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on February 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cooper and Patricia Cooper; and her siblings, Mary Woodrow, Joseph, George and James Cooper.

She is survived by: her husband Patrick James Gibbons; her siblings, Rosemarie Macdonell, Agnes Berard, John Cooper, Sharon Craggs and Claire Campbell (Cameron); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Michelle), Jennifer Gibbons (Steve), Joshua, Jake Schenk (Catherine Lang), Jennifer Taylor (Graeme), Sarah (Brett), Jonathon, David, Myja (Collin), Michael Hogendoorn (Michael), Dallas, Quinn, Chase Nolte, Laurie Gibbons, Ben and Amy Gibbons; and her great grandchild Ernest Hogendoorn.
