He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Freeman. He is survived by: his children, Jerome Freeman and Jenna Mayne (Patrick); his granddaughter Autumn Mayne; his father James Freeman; and his siblings, Jim Freeman (Margaret), Joe Freeman and Eileen Freeman.

Donations in Brian's memory can be made to the RVRHC Cancer Centre.
