It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernadina Schouten (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aart Schouten and Adriana Schouten; her sister Jeanette Yates; and her nephew Kyle Yates. She is survived by: her siblings, Anna Van Donkelaar (Aart) and Bert Schouten (Hendrica); her nephews, Christopher, Aaron, Jonathan Van Donkelaar, David, Kevin, Michael Schouten and Justin Yates; and her pet Kira. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Diana's memory may be made to a charity of choice and are greatly appreciated by the family.
