It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Milligan of Barrie, Ontario, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Annette Milligan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Richardson and Minerva Richardson; her husband Elmer Milligan; her grandson Chris; her siblings, Jim, Jean, Irene, Bernice, Sherman, Donald and Kathleen; and also Andy Knelsen.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne (Colleen), Dale, Karl (Christina), Kim (Blaine), Keith (Cathy), Mike (Nola) and Neil (Brenda); her grandchildren, Eric, Luke, Kari, Laurie, Melissa, Jennifer, Aaron, Andrew, Ryan, Sean, Brendan, Mitchell and Casey; and her sister Eunice. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.
