It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Angelo Mongillo (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carmela; his brothers, Americo Mongillo (Ada) and Giuseppe Mongillo (Angelina); his children, Angela Pisani (Bruno), Pasquale Mongillo (Maria) and Giuseppe Mongillo (Anna); and his grandchildren, Salvatore (Maria), Stefanie, Julian, Angelo, Adrian-Joey (Alysha), Bianca, Massimo and Marisa. He was also cherished by his sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home (30 Worsley St, Barrie, ON L4M1L4). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Vianney Parish (13 Baldwin Ln, Barrie, ON L4N 2W1). A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (33 Memory Gardens Ln, North York, ON M2H3C8).
