With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Almyrice Freethy (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on July 21, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Gordon Freethy; her daughter Shirley McMaster (late Russell); and her siblings, Effie Walton, Arnold Bowser, Beulah Dunn, Alvin, Mildred, Lyda, Polly and Audrey.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Nichols (late Bob) of Orillia and Faye (Peter) of Orillia; and her grandchildren, Lisa, Christina, Rick, Wanda, Matthew and Vanessa. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
