With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alice Julia Givens (Barrie, Ontario), born in North Bay, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Flannery and Jeremiah Murphy; her husband Bob Givens; and her siblings, Bill Murphy (Lynne), Sister Norah Murphy, Joe Murphy (late Lettie) and Fondly.

She is survived by: her sons, Brien (Feihan) and Patrick; her grandchildren, Nathan and Millie; and her siblings, Monsignor Dennis Murphy and Mary Henderson (Don).

In Alice's memory donations may be made to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.
